My two Kazak patients one day after discharge from hospital. The one on the left had a sleeve resection and the one on the right a gastric bypass for Diabetes Melitus. His fasting blood sugar is now 5.7mmole/dl. It is well within the normal range and he is off insulin and all diabetic medication.

The picture shows him having drinks at a French Cafe alon Scott's Road. He left for Kazakstan two days later and is doing well.
